Online performance results
by Claudia Sonea

If we are unhappy for the lately tightening of the mortgage lending standards or the lowering of savings interest rates, we are still more than content with the banks Websites, according to a survey that ForeSee Results made public on Tuesday. In order to capture voice of customer, ForeSee assures that uses the best methodology, that of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index. In the last 14 years it brought to businesses track records that offered vital information to improve themselves or just about their performance and the way customers perceive them. In its survey measured customers' experience with banks, credit card companies and investment services firms based on a poll with 1600 respondents and a margin of error of 2 points. Banks scored the highest of all three institutions, the index registering a score of 82 out of 100 for online banking- an increase from the 73 registered in 2007. Therefore we are more content with banks' online operations than credit card or investment services, because of security, variety of transactions and ease of use, said ForeSee Results president and CEO Larry Freed. He added that in spite on the fact that Web site technology is expensive, the revenue worth the investment as online banking customers are more likely to buy additional services from the bank or recommend it to others. ForeSee promotes its services by assuring an insight perspective on customer satisfaction, on behavior and financial performance, on the benchmark performance against 30 industries, and so on and so forth. It is of great help for future improvements and market strategies. All this is however related to the online activity. Have you used online banking?
