See your pics on TV!

Companies will always have to follow the will of the customers. Rule no. 1.But companies will always try to sell anything, even significantly unnecessary item. Rule no. 2.Well, to be honest, that's what came to my mind after reading the news that American TV company Cablevision Systems offered the new product. The TV that was going to broadcast your own photos and videos. Cablevision got alarmed by increasing popularity of Google's Youtube and the social networks. According to some researchs people were spending more time sharing their own photos, videos and chatting. They did it more often than they watched TV. So they figure out a new TV channel offering a public broadcas! t. The content will oblige to the customers. Does it sound exciting? Not really. The potential subscriber should pay for uploading his personal content. I can't imagine anyone watching this TV station on purpose. There wouldn't be anything interesting, unless you are not fan of peaking someone else's photos.I have also enough low quality presentations and home made videos that have overflown the internet sites. If I want to see crap I shouldn't waste my time and money to watch and pay for another TV channel. The company reported customers will have to download the software and install it on theirs computers, excluding apple computers. OS X friendly version hasn't been developed. This may seem only a small disadvantage, but actually it can make a lot of bugs. Americans are still the biggest customers of Californian Apple. So promoting a new product that actually doesn't make anything different that Youtube does for free with the possibility only for Windows users doesn't make! much sense. However, let's wait to see what brings the future! . As for me, I will use my money on better purpose.
