I am a big fan of Google Inc. I love their Gmail account and all its features. I love that Google employs clever and inventive people who always come with something new and hilarious. Just like now. Google came with a free e-mail feature that enables U.S. users of Google’s Gmail service to make calls from their computers to telephones anywhere in the world. What is more, all calls in the U.S. and Canada will be free, at least till the end of this year. Later Google plans to charge 2 cents or more per minute for international calls. This service is available only in America so far. But go on reading and I bet you will want it here as well. Google Voice will not enable you only to call, but also to receive calls on your PC. You will need to obtain a free phone number from Google. A Google phone number is like a regular phone number, except it is not tied to a phone or a location, but it is tied to you. It means that if someone calls you, he or she doesn’t have to decide to call you at home, work or on your cell. What is more, with your Google number, you can choose where it would ring. It can ring all your phones at once, or different phones – it depends on you. In cases there is a person constantly bothering you, you can set all his calls to go straight to Google voicemail. What is more, you can listen to your voicemails from any phone or online or even read automated transcripts of them. Probably the best feature of Google Voice is that when you change any of! your phone numbers, you just simply update the phone numbers ! at your Google number rings. But your Google number stays the same. It means no more calls or SMS informing all your friends, family members and colleagues of change of your phone number! There are plenty of other features.
