Californian Apple has become the largest and the richest company in the world technology market.It is selling with such rush that rivals can barely think of competing. The latest product iPad has created almost madness among American customers who bought more than 1.4 million devices since April 4th. The demand was so huge that Apple had to pull back international release. Instead of it it ordered its Chinese factories to produce more and more. Well, let's take another perspective of shiny tablet device with less really useful and universal features.Although we all know that our lowest and worst paid jobs are only a glimpse of Chinese work conditions, we seem to be totally ! ok, when we're buying such goods. But the comfort of buying an item we don't need or use, buying it just for prestige is not an excuse.The work pace has increased and some of these unnamed Chinese couldn't carry on. We've probably heard that they work average at 15-16 hours per day, but increased demand forced them to do extra hours. Sometimes even days without appropriate rest. The best self-evidence are several suicides of Chinese workers. They could neither escape nor hold on so they jumped out the window.This happened month ago, but Apple was already celebrating breaking sell records. Apple seems to be satisfied with 2 millions of iPads all over the world. But wait, they've sold only 2 million in two months, so it is logic, there will be more devices. Such as iPhones that are ready to be launched in its 4G.I don't even want to think of production factories and those people inside.Although this is not a particular problem of Apple or the other company, some media and org! anization call for attention. The pressure is rising, trying t! o get a voice along with glamorous business reports and expanding strategies.Personally, I am not against the business, but we have seen such irresponsible business behavior, we have seen it among the most powerfull corporations that we have to realize that we are the ones who can change the system. By choosing other product or demanding better solutions, we can change the their even our miserable conditions. Companies even states have to behave responsible, otherwise they are consciously benefiting from this modern slavery. Just like as we do.
