Software problems bug Apple's launch of new iPhone
by Paulina Neshybova

On Friday the launch of a new iPhone from Apple company collpased because of iTune servers which had global problems.
All over the world customers were waiting in front of their stores to get their iPhones updated. Many of them has already sold the old ones to get that new one, but after this collapse they were really dissatisfied. Not only in U.S, but also in Japan or Germany this fever for iPhones made people angry and they were ready to wait in front of the shops for many hours, many of them camping there from night to be the first one to be updated.
A spokesman for AT&T , which is one of the carriers, told, that because of the overall problems with iTunes servers, the iPhones could not be activated neither at home nor in the stores. The server was important because it should synchronize users data through devices.
However, the Apple company did this activation last year at home. This year it was different because they wanted people to come to the store as they are there more willing to sign new contracts than from home.
There was a big mess according to many people and even the shares of Apple company declined much. Of course we don´t have to talk about declining of the enthusiasm, too.
But you would be surprised how many people were looking forward to that. Even in Japan where the Technologies are in much higher level, people were really enthusiastic about the new designs and they were just longing to touch this new telephone
