Chris Cantell Discusses Technologies: VoIP Can Save Your Money For Telephone Calls
by Milota Sidorova

It is more than clear enough, that the commuication sector strikes down serious problems, that will probably end up either in low cheap phone calls for customers, or bankrupt of providers.Just because of World Wide Web. What's more, once established unlimited data transfer consequently had to dismiss, untill then fluorishing, traditional ways communication, starting with letters and telegraphs, finishing with landline telephone calls. As this virtual network spreads out to the world, costumers are able to use its features, completely supplying for example, yet mentioned landline or even cell phone calls. Skype provider presents serious, however unbeaten rival. Just think about it? Who would like to pay for chat or video call, if one can get itfor free?Rise for one, fall of another. That's are universal rules twice more valid in business sector. Due the technology progress, many householders simply got rid of theirs landlines. However, not everyone wants to change its old number, moreover when the rest of the family (specially old generation has used to call you day and night exactly to this number). In this case, several American VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) have launched new strathegy aiming to transfer your old landline number to your cell phone. However, it can be pretty cumbersome process, taking weeks due the bureucracy. The solution gives at least two opportunities. First of all, transferring landline number to another cell phone. You will be owner of two cell phones, but if uncomfortable, you don't have to keep both of them. You can aks your provider to forward all calls to your personal cell phone. Still, a bit costing. Or you can signed down landline number to one VoIP provider. Now you are paying the provider, not full calls. Good trick! Specially if you wanna reduce even your outcoming cell phone calls.Install Internet provider down to your device and you are able to skype via cell phone. Finall costs are incomparable. This can be good firewall against the discussion, that held place in EU meetings.According the majority of mobile operators, customers should have pay even for incoming calls.Theirs representatives declares, that the communication it's not refundable business anymore. But still depends on where. Living in Slovakia, small middle European country with little more than 5 million inhabitants I can choose from three operators and my phone costs are at least 4 times higher comparing to my Polish neighbours. The price is of course influenced by competition and production ant it's logic, that calls in smaller country cost more. However the idea of paying for even incoming calls, just because, somone says, it is not lucrative business reminds me more cheaty dirty business.Well, finishing landline number issue, one must say, that this process can be irreversible. Once you have transferred the number down to your phone, you won't be able to use the same number as original landline device. That is quite useful information for all those who intend to move for even short distances.
