It's a general fact that Internet has been the medium of today and tomorrow. Its power is increasing, just to point this out more than 63.9 percent of American citizen have been using broadband internet in 2009. But with growing amount of users, informations and data, there are increasing fears about weak security. Just take it from the principle – you open you gmail account and Google automatically saves your data and make them editable via google doc, picassa or any other product. It also makes copies for itself so even if you delete the document, it will be stored somewhere, just floating in „the air“. And you probably don't know about it. Go ahead and! check you Facebook account. They say it's the biggest social network in the world with more than 500,000 000 users, but it is virtually impossible to delete your account. It will be transferred into its „sleeping“ mode. And if you submit anything to Facebook, you are saying „yes“ to its free manipulation of your data, photos and informations. And even if you manage to rename your profile, delete your pics, Facebook is saving them. But not only saving, it is making money out of it – let's admit it – submiting anything on internet means to submit it to anyone and anyone can make profit out of it. Companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon and many others are using your personal data for their own purposes and sometimes they offer them to the third party. And you don't know it. The list of examples would be never ending. European Union wants to push new law – the right on internet access should be the basic right for any EU citizen. But! will they ensure more control checks over violation that is a! driving force of current internet situation? Will countries or even corporations themselves look critically at the situation and will they admit there must be some kind of right even for consumers?
