Swedish magazine blames iPhone 3G woes on hardware
by Paulina Neshybova
Apple Inc.'s new iPhones had in last days problems with their wireless connectivity. According to one technical magazine in Sweden, these problems could begin while the mass production and the problem is most likely in the hardware.
This engineering weekly got some information from the analysts. They were makin test which had shown a big sensibility on the network signals which were beyond their level and normal standard. These 3G networks were important for users as it offered a faster Web surfing and offered also the video calling available. The biggests problems were probably betwen two devices, anthena and amplifier, which helps to caputre weak signals from the anthena. It led then to a bad connectivity and also the speed of data tranfer was slower than expected.
After the launch of IPhone in the United States and aoter countries, the Apple message board was full of complaints. Users were not satisfied mainly with the dropped calls and also the slow speed. Some uses even tried to do thier own tests to figure out where the problems lies. They found out by having the phones side by side that other cell phones from other manufacturers did not have connectivity problems, therefore the problems must be in the iPhone. The parts from different manufacturers can vary in quality and their ability to gain the signal, therofre the users were right about it.
The spokesman form Apple company refused to comment on these problems and mainly what had caused them., because they themselved do not know ehre the problem really is. Before they find out what is going on, they will not comment on i fit is the problem of hardware or software or whether the Apple will have to do the recall.
