The time when if you are some mobile phone company and you think than you can trick you consumer is a history! Well, maybe not definitely at least until it is voted for the U.S Federal Communications Commission proposal. Before bringing any big decision on price matter, the companies will literally have to warn their customers. The whole thing is about avoiding any possible “bad surprises” for the customers. That is simple, the company has to find a way how to inform is customers, whether by sending an sms with a text message that will explain how much will the man have to pay for certain service that may had not been included in the plan with the company. This sounds very logically to me. It happens very often not only in the developed countries but in smaller ones with not so good economy. Like for instance, you watch a commercial for some bank credits and at the end of it, you get to read the most important thing about the rate of the interest, per example.! "Our core goal is to make it easy for consumers to determine their destiny when it comes to their services and their monthly bills. We can tackle this problem without adopting detailed, prescriptive rules” – said FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski. This warning is especially important when it comes to visiting other countries and using the roaming services. One thing is for sure, the customer has the right to know! That is the basic rule, though someone is trying to deny that. The proposal came after the Commission did a survey in May, which showed that 30 million Americans, or every six cell phone user had been surprised by such disinformation.
