The Rare Art Of Getting Lost
by Kamila Moravcikova

I'm the crowned queen of losing everything. Every single day I spend desperate minutes by tracking my glasses, my purse, my favorite scarf, etc. Every day there is something I can't find and it's perhaps lost forever. What's even worse, it is not unusual for me to completely get lost. No maps, no GPS can be helpful. I'm absolutely untalented when it comes to the "orientation sense". Straight road, no turning left or right and after few minutes I have no idea where I am. I was gifted in so many ways (I'm good in keeping secret, for example), but to get somewhere I've never been before is an nightmare for me. And also for my family and friends because they spend hours and hours trying to explain me how can I get from point A to point B and in spite of their effort I get lost immediately. And then they have to handle my wretched and hysterical phone calls and direct me to the right place. Well, this my lamentable weakness isn't only ruining my friendships, it even causes the fact that I am always late. Fortunately, good news are coming for (yet) iPhone or iPod Touch owners. These things can figure out your location via Wi-Fi signal and by using information from Google easily direct you. And this is just beginning. Maybe one day it will be no big deal to google "where are my keys" or "where the hell am I right now".
