Google launches its new colorful logo by Zivka Deleva

So much noise for just one logo – I just couldn’t believe how much people and media talked about Google these days because the company decided to change a little bit from its logo. Few days ago, instead of the fixed letters with different colors Google name has been written with colorful dancing balls. The balls again have the same colors, red, blue, yellow and green. How does the logo function now? When you put a mouse at some of the letters the balls are going to change and start flying at the screen. The popular name for the Google logo is doodle. And now, just because Google hasn’t given any answer why is the change done, everybody is wondering what&#! 8217;s going on. I really still don’t understand why so much dust just for one logo. One of the possible answers might be the companies’ 12 birthday. Other suggestion is that maybe Google has something new to announce, one day before the 8 September event in San Francisco. For Google it is not so rare to moderate its logo when it wants to celebrate some anniversary, to pay tribute to someone etc. I don’t know for others, but for me, this new creative decision is quite interesting, colorful, charming. And, after all, every company needse to do some changes if for nothing else, but to provoke the attention around it, to provoke debates, after all. With the moving balls now, maybe people don’t like that they should wait for some second for the balls to calm down.
